About Me

I like to think of myself as a bit of a Renaissance man but I may just be a scatter brained millennial- still trying to figure that out.

I was born in Marlboro, New Jersey and my parents divorced when I was six so I spent a large portion of my childhood moving from place to place. This created an innate contentment in movement, and a sense for adventure.

This sense of adventure has since taken me to 28 countries, 43 states, 3 colleges, and 4 start up companies. I’ve done some crazy things in my 29 years on this planet including attending a 10 day vipassana meditation retreat, interviewing my childhood hero, and working with some of the world’s most sophisticated advertisers.

My struggle has been finding time to slow down and knowing when to speed up. I’m still struggling with it!

My purpose for this website is to explore topics that are interesting to me both from a personal and a career perspective. My skillset is in marketing, specifically digital marketing, but my spare time finds me reading about stoic philosophy and personal development.

My purpose for my podcast is to find the answers to questions I care about. These may technical marketing questions like “Should we reallocate more budget to Instagram Stories campaigns?” but they may also be deeper questions like “How can I find meaning in the work that I do?”

I want to use this platform to become a better marketer and a better human. I hope that you will to!
